At ProTuff, we’re committed to delivering your orders quickly, safely, and efficiently — no matter where you are in India.

We’ve partnered with Shiprocket, one of India’s most trusted logistics platforms, to ensure that every order reaches you on time and in perfect condition.

  •  Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across all major cities and towns in India through Shiprocket’s extensive delivery network.


If your pin code is non-serviceable, our team will contact you for an alternate shipping option or a refund.


(International shipping will be available soon.)

  • Order Processing Time

All confirmed orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email and SMS notification with your tracking ID and courier details.

You can track your shipment anytime using the Shiprocket tracking link shared in your confirmation email.

  • Shipping Charges


We offer:

Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹2000.

A nominal delivery charge may apply on smaller orders or Cash-on-Delivery (COD) purchases, which will be displayed at checkout before payment.

  • Cash-on-Delivery (COD) Orders

COD is available on select pin codes only.

Please ensure you have the exact order amount ready at the time of delivery.

In case you refuse a COD parcel without valid reason, future COD orders may be restricted.

  • Shipment Tracking

 

After dispatch, you’ll receive:
 ✅ Tracking link via email/SMS from Shiprocket
 ✅ Live order status updates
 ✅ Option to track directly on our website under “Track My Order”

  • Order Packaging

Every ProTuff product is carefully packed to ensure it reaches you in pristine condition.

We use sturdy, tamper-proof boxes with inner cushioning for maximum safety.

All items are sealed and quality-checked before dispatch.

If your package appears tampered or damaged at the time of delivery, please refuse the delivery and inform us immediately at customercare@itai.in.

  • Delayed or Undelivered Orders

If your order hasn’t been delivered within the expected time:

Check the tracking status using your Shiprocket link.

If it shows no movement for 3+ days, contact us at customercare@itai.in with your Order ID.

Our team will coordinate with Shiprocket to resolve it as quickly as possible.

We ensure every delivery issue is handled promptly and fairly.

  • Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Please double-check your shipping details before placing an order.

If an incorrect or incomplete address causes delivery failure, re-shipping charges may apply.

If the parcel is returned to us, we will contact you to reattempt delivery or issue a partial refund (excluding shipping costs, if any).

  • Multiple Shipments

If your order includes multiple items, we may ship them in separate packages to ensure timely delivery. You’ll receive tracking details for each shipment.

  • International Shipping (Coming Soon)
